Smoothies and Juices are my favourite go-to breaky choices. Especially when they contain heaps of fresh fruit that are in season. It provides that sweet kick to get you up and going in the morning.

Since I’m habitually going to the gym in a fasted state (i.e. without any food beforehand) first thing after I wake, chowing down on these vitamin and mineral-packed, flavourful and natural breakfast choices straight after a workout refuels and replenishes my body with the nutrients it needs.
Smoothie bowls are becoming another staple, as using frozen fruit gives it this “thick-slushy” consistency which is perfect for the summer heat.I hope you try these at home! You can substitute any ingredients that you prefer, just remember to add only a little liquid to the mixture as this ensures a thick smoothie bowl! I promise they won’t disappoint!

Method:
Step 1: Combine all “Smoothie Bowl” ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Top with toppings of choice!
Enjoy!

    Hi Catriona! I’d like to ask, where do you normally buy chia seeds and greek yogurt? I’m all new to this whole clean eating thing and I don’t have any idea where I should buy stuffs like that. Thank you!

      Hey Stephy!
      I usually but my greek yogurt from S&R and my chia seeds from Cash&Carry, S&R or Healthy Options ๐Ÿ™‚
