I’m beginning to become obsessed with breakfast jars. If you haven’t heard of them before, its essentially breakfast – in a jar. Sounds ordinary, but what I love is the layered breakfast jars containing overnight oats or granola, stewed fruits, nut butters, fresh fruits and yogurt. Its like a perfect on-the-go meal that looks super cute and can be perfectly customised to what you like.
- 1 cup Homemade Granola: Recipe here
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 small bananas (sliced)
- 1/4 cup of 70% dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1/2 cup fresh yogurt
- Layer each condiment in a large jar.
