Heres another smoothie recipe! I especially love this one straight after gym. The bananas give me a happy tummy and the dates and fresh coconut hit my system with a burst of energy which refuels me after an exhausting workout. Spinach and kiwi are added to the smoothie to get some “sneaky” greens into my days diet – but they can be omitted for a sweet, filling smoothie.
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat
- A Small Handful of Pitted Dates
- 2 Kiwi
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 4 Small Bananas
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
